PURPOSE:To roll cooked rice with a laver sheet in cylindrical form by the aid of a sheet, by placing the cooked rice, the ingredient for NORIMAKI-SUSHI, and the laver sheet on a loosely stretched sheet, and lifting and rolling the sheet forward by a rolling roll. CONSTITUTION:The cooked and vinegared rice 60 is spread flatly in the rice-supplying frame 13 on the sheet 2 stretched loosely to enable the rolling of the NORIMAKI-SUSHI. An ingredient 61 is placed on the rice 60, and a laver sheet 62 is spread in front of the rice. The rolling roll 4 is rotated to the position before the cooked rice 60 by the aid of the rolling arm 9, and the ingredient 61 is wrapped with the rice 60. The rice 60 and the laver sheet 62 are rolled in the form of a cylinder by the sheet 2 by forwarding the rolling roll 4. |
