PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture and to contrive the elongation of lifetime by a method wherein an anode bar is arranged, via insulation tube, in a cathode part having a through hole in the belly of a cylindrical metallic tube. CONSTITUTION:Cathode parts 121-125 are housed in a cathode pipe 120 at fixed intervals, and cathode parts 122-124 have the projections of insulation tubes 143-145 coupled to holes at the centers thereof in the longitudinal direction. Anode bars 113-115 are fitted to the center axial holes of the tubes 143-145, and the cathode part 121 has the tip of the projection of an insulation tube 142 coupled to the hole at the position toward the end from the center thereof, and an anode bar 112 is fitted to the center axial hole of that hole. An insulation tube 141 is fixed by insertion at the left end of the cathode bar 121. Likewise, the cathode part 125 has the tip of the projection of an insulation tube 146 coupled, an anode bar 116 being fitted to the center axial hole, and an insulation tube 147 being then fixed by insertion at the right end thereof. |
