PURPOSE:To prevent a difference in lateral position by providing guide rails for a lead frame which can be moved laterally to the lead frame by turning a screw member so as to facilitate a change of a kind in a lead frame transfer device for a semiconductor assembly. CONSTITUTION:A pair of left and right screw members 14A, 14B are rotated through a timing belt 19 by rotation of a motor 16 to drive a guide rail 13B in direction of an arrow A. Thus, the guide rail 13B is brougth close to or separated from a guide rail 13A to adjust a width between the guide rails 13A, 13B. In this arrangement, a width of a lead frame can be easily adjusted by controlling the rotation of the motor 16, which can facilitate a change of a kind. |
