PURPOSE:To reliably feed loaded sheets without damaging them from a uppermost sheet or a lowest one by providing a means for feeding placed sheets successively one at a time to a passage on a sheet feeding device in a rotary camera, etc. CONSTITUTION:A sheet feeding device for feeding loaded sheets S on a placing table 8 to a prescribed passage includes thereon a first feed roller 9A, a second feed roller 9B, a drive means for selecting rotating and driving one of the rollers 9A, 9B, a means for moving the placing table 8, and a group of rollers located on both sides of the passage. The group of the rollers on each side of the passage include a feed roller 24 and a separating roller 25 for the sheets S. Upon feeding the uppermost documents S, they are brought into the passage in contact with the roller 9A and fed out by operation of a clutch of the roller 9A. Upon feeding lowermost documents are brought into close contact with the roller 9B, and fed out by operation of the clutch of the roller 9B. |
