Accumulations of adherent solid particles, e.g., damp ore concentrates, are loosened for flow through solids transport conduits by displacement of prestressed pneumatically operable flexible member joined air-tight to rigid restraining member. Advantageous embodiment has polyurethane polymer cast and cured in-place on steel retainer.
