PURPOSE:To permit easy connection of a sample introducing pipe and a connecting pipe and to obtain an exact result of analysis by connecting water tightly the top end face of the sample introducing pipe and the top end face of the connecting pipe by a pressing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The top end face 2a of a sample introducing pipe 2 is pressed via a sealing member 10 having a through-hole 10a to the top end face 7a of a connecting pipe 7. The contact part is kept pressed by the pressing force of a holding arm 8 and the reaction of a coil spring 11. The top end face 2a of the pipe 2 and the top end face 7a of the pipe 7 are thus water tightly connected. The connection of the sample introducing pipe and the connecting pipe is thus easily accomplished. The connection between both pipes is water tight and no dead volume is produced and therefore the exact result of analysis is obtd. |
