PURPOSE:To enable to increase the kind and quantity of information that can be transmitted by one transmitting system by making nil the output of the positive pole of two pulses out of waveform pulses constituting a carrier and at the same time, changing the number of pulses inserted between the two pulses. CONSTITUTION:In a modulating equipment, two pulses, front and rear, out of the pulses that constitute the carrier are selected so that the number of pulses inserted between the two pulses correspond to the information to be transmitted through a rise detecting circuit 21, a fall detecting circuit 22 and a switching element 24, and the modulation that makes the output of the positive pole of the two pulses nil is performed. In the modulating equipment, a number check circuit 43 makes an output only when two specified no output pulses are detected in the first half of each period of a modulated wave, and give a fetch enable signal (t) to a register 44 and the content of a counter 42 is fetched in the register 44. The content of the register 44 is transferred to a memory 46, and the content of the memory is restored to transmitted information 1 by a decoder 47. |
