<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a program time by optimizing the program operation of PROM by inner control. CONSTITUTION:A program from the external is inputted by an I/O buffer 8 and a data input latch 9 which are controlled by a program control circuit 10 and the program of data to a cell matrix 4 of the PROM is started. The program in the latch 9 is compared with a practically programmed value by a data comparator 4 to decide the completion, continuation and abnormality of the program and a required signal is outputted to the external through the circuit 10, so that the program is optimized by inner control without excessive stress or the like. Consequently, the total program time can be shortened.</p> |
