PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by reducing a bolt clamping force of a headed bolt for securing a pole head member and reducing the varying stress. CONSTITUTION:A pole body 2 and a field coil 3 are provided on the outer periphery of a rotor shaft 1 associated with a rotary electric machine, and pole head members 4 are formed on the outer periphery. A plurality of bolt holes 5 are opened through the body 2 at the members 4, and the members 4 are secured with headed bolts 6. In this case, seating surfaces 5a are formed at the holes 5, and a hardened seat 5b which is hardened, and spirally deformed by the pressure or higher of the stress acted at the operating time is formed by a die 7a of a press 7. |
