PURPOSE:To enable execution of compensation by a change in temp. by enclosing respectively a reference tank with a double-walled tank, a communicating pipe with a double-walled pipe and a measuring stand pipe with a sleeve and communicating the inside thereof with each other. CONSTITUTION:A double-walled tank 1' is provided on the outside of a reference tank 1 and a circulating fluid is put between the inside and outside walls. A double-walled pipe 4' is provided on the outside of a communicating pipe 4 so that the circulating fluid between the inside and outside walls of the tank 1' flows between the inside and outside pipes. A sleeve 3' is provided to a measuring stand pipe 3 to flow the circulating fluid. A pipe is connected from the tank 1' of the reference tank to a tank 6 for said circulating fluid. A circulating fluid pump 7 is disposed thereto. The temp. of the communicating pipe and the measuring stand pipe is maintained constant by such constitution and the compensation by a change in temp. is accomplished. |
