PURPOSE:To simply and readily manufacture small amount and various cores by forming slits on a plate material corresponding to the rotating angle when the plate material of the core is wound. CONSTITUTION:A vortex type core 1a which is radially formed with slits 2 toward the center is formed by continuously winding a steel plate 1. When the core 1a is formed, the plate 1 is set to a winding bracket 6 through a pons base 8 in combination of large and small gears 4, 5 of gear ratios in response to the number of the slits 2. Thus, when a handle 7 is turned and the handle 7 reaches a detent position, it is temporarily stopped, a handle 15 is pressed down to form slits 2. This work is sequentially repeated, thereby sequentially forming the slits 2. Thus, the rotating angle of the bracket 6 is always constant. Rollers 10, 11 are restricted in the position of the widthwise direction of the slits 2, and the rollers 12, 13 bend and deform the plate 1. |
