PURPOSE:To form an information accumulating loop easily by providing a magnetic storage element initializing a domain having an information accumulating block line pair in its magnetic wall on a normal position and existing stably at the transmission of the information. CONSTITUTION:Ions are inplanted to the outside of an existing area of a stripe domain 2 for accumulating information. The stripe domain can easily exist in the ion-implanted area 6, and also at the application of high bias magnetism, the area 6 can increase the erasing magnetic field of a bubble domain as compared to a non-implant area. Therefore, the domain generated in the area 6 at the initializing of the information accumulating stripe domain is more stable. The information accumulating stripe domain can be prevented from expansion along the outline of the area 6 or runout from the area 6 to the outside. Thus, the information accumulating loop can be easily formed and the stability at the transfer of information can be improved. |
