PURPOSE:To obtain a homogeneous electrolyte tile which does not allow generation of lamination and crack by adequately humidifying a mixed powder of oxide powder and alkali carbonate with water and alcohol, then forming particles of them and by the heat processing after pressurizingly molding them. CONSTITUTION:An oxide powder having excellent alkali resistasnce such as LiAlO2, etc. and an alkali carbonate such as Li2CO3, etc. are mixed uniformly. This powder is wet by spraying a solution mixing the water and alcohol in the weight ratio of about 40:60-10:90 and then these are grained. Next, these grains are pressurizingly molded into the specified shape under a normal temperature, then dried up, and heated in order to obtain electrolyte tile. According to this method, generation of lamination and crack at the molding can be prevented and an electrolyte tile having high homogeneity can be manufacture stably. |
