<p>PURPOSE:To enable the position of a fixed pad relative to a disk plate to be adjusted easily to provide a stable braking force by providing a spring attached to a connecting rod between a brake body and a fixed pad holder while providing a screw for adjusting the displacement of a fixed member. CONSTITUTION:Both ends fixed member 3 provided on the connection of a brake body 1 and a fixed pad holder 26 are fixed to a brackets 5, 7 respectively. And when an inner wire 9 is pulled in braking, a crank 10 is rotated to transmit oil pressure in a master cylinder to a wheel cylinder 11. In this case, a connecting rod 2 is inserted from the connection 2 side to extend through a bearing portion 28 of the fixed member 3 so that the threaded end is screwed into a threaded hole 29 in the fixed pad holder 26 while a spring 32 attached to the connecting rod 27 is interposed between the connection 2 and the fixed member 3.
