Low-pass filter with compensation of dielectric after-effects, particularly for use in electronic scales

To compensate the dielectric after-effects of the low-pass capacitor (C1), a series circuit consisting of a further capacitor (C2) and a resistor (R2) is connected in parallel to the low-pass filter (R1, C1) with an operational amplifier (V1) connected in series after it. The second RC element (R2, C2) is dimensioned so that in the circuit it causes an opposite after-effects to the first, without significantly affecting the time response of the low-pass filter. The material for the dielectric of the further capacitor (C2) is chosen to have a greater dielectric after-effects than the dielectric of the low-pass capacitor (C1). <IMAGE>
