The device has a box-shaped retaining element (3) which is to be fastened in a shuttering and comprises a base part (4) and a cover part (5). Said element is used for receiving the steel connecting members (2), the end regions of which are to be bent out for the connection of a concrete structural part. Said connecting members run first of all approximately at right angles to the anchoring regions (7) projecting from passage-openings (13) of the cover part (5). The passage-openings (6) are provided in the region of approximately frustoconical elevations (9) in the cover part in order to fix the steel connecting members (2). In order that, along with easy mounting, reliable sealing is achieved, the invention provides that in each case separate, small approximately frustoconical hats (12) can be introduced into the frustoconical elevations (9), the narrowest passage-opening (13) of which hats corresponds to the external cross-section of the steel connecting members (2) to be received. <IMAGE>
