PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance by providing an engine in a liquid tank storing heat medium liquid while extending the crank shaft then arranging an auxiliary machine and working machine on a mounting flange positioned above the liquid level. CONSTITUTION:An engine 3 is arranged in a liquid tank 2 storing water 1 or other heat medium liquid while extending the crank shaft 5 vertically then an exhaust tube 11 extending below cylinder head 8 is coupled to an exhaust heat- exchanger 10. The heat-exchanger 10 is coupled through a coupling tube 13 to an exhaust silencer 12 having an exhaust pipe 20. The under face of the outercircumferential section of mounting flange 33 is fixed to the upper end of housing 23 surrounding a flywheel 21 secured to the crank shaft 5 to support the flange 33 by the liquid tank 2 through a mount 45. Working machine such as compressor 31, air cleaner 35, oil filter 36, step motor 37, etc. are provided on the upper face of flange 33. |
