PURPOSE:To attain information of integrated talking charge by comparing the integrated talking charge with a threshold value, and applying charge talking from the result in a telephone exchange of a stored program control system. CONSTITUTION:When a caller completes the talking, a talking controller 6 detects it and transmits information to a central processing unit 7. The central processing unit integrates the talking charge by the information and adds the charge to the integrated talking charge of the corresponding subscriber of a subscriber data memory 9. Then the talking charge of the corresponding subscriber is compared, when the charge exceeds it, the subscriber is connected to a call signal trunk 4, the integrated talking charge data is read and transmitted to a voice informing device 5. |
