PURPOSE:To lock a pin to a boss rapidly and tightly by clamping a retainer and a collect of a wedge construction in which a stud is threaded into the both ends of a pin provided with an axial oil hole and a plug is threaded onto a projection end of the stud and fitted in the end of each pin. CONSTITUTION:In the case of hinged-pin mounting an operating device on the top of a lift-arm for civil work cars, etc., a pin 23 provided with an axial through oil hole 34 is fit within the circular through hole of a boss 21 on a lift- arm top through a bearing 24. The stud 30 is threaded into the female thread 19 of the end of the pin 23, and an axial through oil hole 18 of the stud 30 is sealed-off with a plug 32. And then, a retainer 25 provided with tapered outer peripheral surface is fit on the outer periphery of the end part of the pin 23. Further, a collet 28 provided with tapered inner peripheral surface is fit on the outer periphery thereof. Since the collet 28 is threaded onto the male thread of the plug 29 screwed in the stud 30, the pin 23 can be tightly fixed to the boss 22 of the operating device by turning the screw of the plug 29 through the collet 28, the retainer 25, etc. |
