PURPOSE:To reduce the variation width of waver level in an irrigation channel and permit stable and safe water supply by determining operation schedule spreading over a plurality of business concerns under the cooperation of a plurality of pumps which are assigned to the respective business concerns and pump-up water from a common irrigation channel. CONSTITUTION:A business concern A has pumps PA1 and PA2 as the own equipment and a pump revolution-number controlling apparatus 12. Each of other business concerns B and C has similar equipment. When continuous operation is carried-out with a demanded flow-rate less than the min. discharge flow rate per pump in each business concern, operation schedule is determined so that operation time points are not overlapped, through the cooperation of the respective pumps P1, P2, P3 of the business concerns, and the variation of water level in an irrigation channel is reduced. |
