PURPOSE:To enhance granulation efficiency while enabling continuous operation, by mounting a kneader of which the granulating part has a net, and mounting a cutting apparatus of a material in front of the net part. CONSTITUTION:A head substance is removed by a crusher 5 equipped with a discharge plate reciprocally moving on rolls and allowed to pass between the rolls. The material 2 from the crusher 5 is charged into a kneader 6 by means such as a conveyor 4. In order to improve a kneading degree, it is necessary to keep moisture constant and moisture control due to a two-color infrared system is performed prior to charing the material into the kneader 6. Because of this, the water content of the material is measured during movement and a signal is sent ot the water issuing part B above the kneader 6 by a control apparatus to make the water content of the material in the kneader constant. |
