PURPOSE:To provide a two-pack type permanent wave lotion, having suppressed problems of the inflammation of the scalp and the damage of the hair, and composed of the first solution composed mainly of a mercapto compound and the second solution composed mainly of an oxidizing agent, wherein at least one of the solutions contains the extract of placenta. CONSTITUTION:The objective permanent wave lotion is composed of the first solution composed mainly of a mercapto compound and the second solution composed mainly of an oxidizing agent, wherein at least one of the solutions, preferably both solutions (in the case of one of the solutions, preferably the first solution) is compounded with 0.5-3wt%, preferably 0.1-2wt% extract of human placenta, animal placenta, or partially modified extract of placenta, preferably extract of human placenta. The inflammation of the scalp and the damage of the hair caused by the permanent wave lotion can be remarkably suppressed, the roughening of the hands of the operator can be prevented, and the moisture- retainability, luster, and antistaticity of the hair can be improved. |
