PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device having a construction capable of paying off a wire rod automatically and smoothly from a bobbin, by mounting a peeling roll on the arm of a rotational member supported rotatably by a vertical axis attached to the bobbin, and adding a take-out force of wire rod by driving the device. CONSTITUTION:A flanged cylindrical rotatioal-member 11 of a flyer device 3 is freely rotatably supported by an axially supporting part 8a of a vertical axis 8 inserted in the axial hole 7 of a bobbin 1 set on a base 4, and arms 13 a, b, c are attached to the member 11, and a wheel 14 which rolls on a flange 9 of bobbin 1, a peeling roll 15, and a pulley block 16 are provided to the arms respectively. A wire rod 2 is payed off by pulling the wire rod 2 guided by the roll 15 and the block 16, to rotate the member 11 in the arrow-B direction, and at the same time, a take-out force of wire rod 2 is added by rotating the roll 15 in the direction reverse to the arrow-B direction of the member 11 with the aid of a driving unit. Further, when the taking-out of wire rod 2 is stopped, the rotation of member 11 is also stopped by an electromagnetic brake 12 to prevent the entanglement of wire rod 2 caused by an unlimitedly continued paying off. |
