摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive energizing transfer material which has strong mechanical strength, and high resolution and high resolution speed without contamination by forming a conductor layer, a semiconductor layer, an energizing layer and a thermal fusible ink layer on an electrically insulating thermal conductor layer as a base. CONSTITUTION:A conductor layer 202 is formed on an electrically insulating thermal conductor layer 201, a semiconductor layer 203 and an energizing layer 204 are sequentially laminated thereon, and a thermal fusible ink layer 205 is laminated under the layer 201. Since the layer 201 of the sheet such as polyethylene terephthalate is used as a base, it can be very readily formed. Further, the manufactured energizing transfer sheet has strong mechanical strength, thin thickness of the layer 204. Thus, it can be inexpensively obtained with high transfer of resolution.
