PURPOSE:To support exactly a work and to control the work so as to follow up bending by detecting the moving speed of a support for the work, correcting the detected moving speed in accordance with prescribed data and moving the movable apron of a bending machine in accordance with the corrected value. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and pulse encoders 13, 25 which detect the respective speeds of a movable apron 9 and a work receiving body 19 of a work support device 17 are disposed to said apron and work receiving body with a press brake 1 which bends a work W by attaching and detaching of a stationary apron 5 attached with an upper die 3 at the bottom end and the movable apron 9 attached with a lower die 7 at the top end. These detected values are outputted to a controller 15 where the moving speed of the body 19 by a hydraulic lifting device 21 is corrected in accordance with the prescribed input data. A DC motor 11 is driven and controlled in accordance with the corrected value by which the moving speed of said apron 9 is controlled. The work W is thus exactly supported in follow up to bending. |
