The fruit-crushing and stalk-removing machine comprises a drum 2 provided with circular rails 3 rolling between support and drive rollers 4, the periphery of this drum being made from a mesh (circular bars 2d and longitudinal bars 2e welded on the perimeter of the preceding ones). A main toothed cylinder 8a-8b and an auxiliary toothed cylinder 10a-10b located, respectively, at the bottom and at the top, rotate inside, the first performing the actual destalking and the second ensuring the cleaning of the grid.
