PURPOSE:To enable the titled frame to fit for integrating the assembling work by a method wherein the assembly work is carried out in the states of continuous frame, continuous length of frame, and next short length of frame. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame 1a in continuous length wound around a reel is continuously let out by means of a film loader 2, and part of a tab lead is bent by operation of a tab-down press 3. The frame is cut to medium length with a cutting press 4. The tab surface is coated with Ag paste by operation of an Ag paster 5. Pellets are positioned one by one to the tab surface in the frame, the pellets being attached, and wires being then attached by operation of a pair of wire bonders 7a and 7b. They are carried in a stocker 8 and contained in a plurality of stages, and every piece thereof is carried out with the pitch. A frame pre-heated by means of a pre-heater 9 is set in the upper and lower molds of a forming device 10, and resin-molding is performed by pressure-introduction of resin. Next, it is cut to short length of frame with a cutting press 11. |
