The strip (1), made of a natural or synthetic elastomer, consists of a sealing lip (5) which is attached to the rear of a C-shaped section (4). To form an inherent corner, the strip is held in the desired curve by a flat metal insert (2) which includes integral means (3) to fix it to a base.
