PURPOSE:To prevent a runaway due to malfunction, etc. by comparing the transmission order of driving pulses with the transmission order of command pulses recorded in a memory. CONSTITUTION:A control signal from a numberial controller 1 is inputted to polarity converting circuits 2 and 3, and the turning, reversing, and stopping of motors 9 and 10 are controlled on the basis of the control command pulse signal from the controller 1 to move a work 7 on a cross slide table 8. This control command pulse signal is recorded in the memory 4 before the start of work, and switches 11 and 12 are placed on the sides of a comparing circuit 5 once the work starts to compare the stored signal with an actual work pulse signal. If malfunction occurs during the work, both pulse signals do not coincide with each other any more and when the dissidence exceeds a specific value, a comparing circuit 5 operates an alarm 6 to give a warning and also outputs a work stop signal for stopping the output of the work pulse signal. |
