PURPOSE:To achieve the sufficient premixing and maintain the excellent burning in a combustion cylinder, also contrive the miniaturization and high performance of a cumbustor by injecting a fuel into an air in an annular air passage. CONSTITUTION:The air A fed with pressure from a compressor is flowed into a combustion cylinder 7 via a rotating device 11 through an annular air passage 9. A fuel F is injected from a fuel injecting valve 12 toward an air flowing through the passage 9 in the vicinity of the inlet part of the passage 9. Therefore, the fuel F is spouted under spray condition, mixed sufficiently with the air A as flowed through the passage 9. Accordingly, the vaporization of the fuel F and the mixing with the air A is sufficiently accelerated. A mixed gas M is flowed into the combustion cylinder 7 via a rotating device 11, simultaneously, burnt continuously by the flame in a circulating area 15 at the back side of a flame retainer 14, then fed to the turbine side at the downstream side of the combustion cylinder 7 under a high temperature gas G condition. |
