PURPOSE:To enable accurate analysis by stabilizing PTH-amino acid, by using one or more of carboxylic acid solid at an ambient temp, as an effective component. CONSTITUTION:One or more of carboxylic acid solid at an ambient temp. such as glutamic acid, adipic acid or pinmelic acid is dissolved in an org. solvent such as methanol and a proper amount of various PTH-amino acids each coming to a standard are dissolved in the resulting solution and, thereafter, the solvent is evaporated to obtain each crystal of PTH-amino acid standard products. If each standard product in methanol or other solvent in a predetermined concn., a stabilized standard for amino acid arrangement analysis is obtained. |
