Combined electromechanical apparatus designed and arranged in order automatically and directly to offer lighted cigarettes. It comprises a mechanical device 1 acting as a cigarette-dispensing magazine 2 with step-by-step advance, capable of delivering the cigarettes individually upon each operation of a push-button 9 which is easily locatable and accessible without it being necessary to look towards it, and an electric device acting as a cigar lighter 22 actuated by the operation of the control member 9 which triggers an assembly arranged in order to ensure the lighting, by means of incandescence, of the cigarette delivered by the dispensing magazine 2. Application to the fitting-out of the driver's position of a motor vehicle. <IMAGE>
