Isoquinoline-4-carboxylic acid derivatives of the formula I I in which m, n, R1, R2, R3, A and X have the meansings indicated, and physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, a process for their preparation, pharmaceutical formulations based on these compounds and the use thereof as antiarrythmic agents.
