PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency and durability by adopting an immersion pipe heating system using a high-speed burner, sucking and mixing fed-back waste combustion gas and forming a flow passage for the waste gas to the outside circumference of a melting vessel. CONSTITUTION:The high-temp. waste combustion gas A ejected from a high- speed burner 6 is injected through an aperture 4A on an inlet side into an immersion pipe 4 which is disposed in a melting vessel 2 for a non-ferrous metal and of which both ends are opened to the outside of the vessel. The gas is then discharged from an aperture 4B on the outlet side and is fed back to said pipe after flowing through a circulating flow passage 3 which is formed of upper and lower two circulating flow passages 3B, 3A communicating with each other and circulating around the outside circumference of the vessel 2. The waste combustion gas B after cooling down upon ending of such heat exchange is sucked and mixed into and with the inside of the pipe 4 according to the high-speed injection of said waste gas A into the pipe, by which local overheating is prevented. The tank 2 is efficiently heated while the waste gaseous mixture C mixed with the gases A, B passes through the inside of the pipe 4. |
