The elastic arms (1a) of a type carrier disc are connected to one another near to their point of origin by an annular part (1b) which is integral with said arms and allows end pieces (1a') of the arms which are separate from one another to be produced between said arms and the central piece of the disc (1). Said annular part (1b) is sufficiently thin to form an elastically deformable membrane. It improves the characteristics of the arms in relation to lateral deformations which said arms can suffer, in particular during accelerations or decelerations, and improves the precision of the lateral positioning of the arms when the disc comes out of the mould. <IMAGE>
