To prevent manipulating the content of a crate and of the bottles arranged in a stackable crate, a board-like cover (8) is provided at the upper face of the plugs or corks (7). At least one layer of adhesive material (7') is arranged between the cover (8) and a plug (7). A plurality of plugs (7) or all the plugs may also be coated with a layer of adhesive material (7'). The cover (8) may be provided with holes (11) at locations corresponding to the plugs (7). The cover (8) has preferably a thickness of the order of 0.05 mm. |
