PURPOSE:To obtain unvulcanized rubber sheet with low cost in equipment, requring no experienced skill in operation and free from voids by passing plasticized rubber compound between rotary rolls only one time to give a sheet form. CONSTITUTION:Rubber compound (such as styrene rubber, acryl rubber, etc.) having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 125 deg.C) 50 and more is plasticized (preferably with an extruder) and then passed between rotary rolls only one time and changed into a sheet form to obtain the desired unvulcanized rubber sheet. |
