A machine for the automatic series production of dovetailed boxes is described. It essentially comprises synchronously operating shafts which are arranged in a rectangular fashion and have arms attached. They remove the side parts from magazines and join them together in the middle with a pivoting movement through 90 DEG . The resulting frame is pressed onto the previously inserted base and glued to it.
