The original layer of fast reacting, synthetic foam compsn. is heat activated on the foundation and at least one more layer of fast-reacting, synthetic foam compsn. added to this, whereby the further layer or layers are activated by the heat from the original layer. Pref. the side edges are coated with polyurethane elastomer which is then cured. Pref. a decorative layer of asbestos fibres in PVC is formed over the polyurethane before curing. |
