PURPOSE:To set easily the relative position of both the first and the second reflection mirrors by forming a supporting frame body to such a size as two reflection mirrors are positioned mutually to the prescribed relation, when the supporting frame body carrying both the reflection mirrors, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An optical system is constituted so that the first supporting frame 150 and the second supporting frame 152 are positioned mutually to the prescribed relation, when the right end of a block part 152a of the second supporting frame 152 is made to contact by pressing to the left end of a supporting bracket, and also the right end of a block part 150a of the first supporting frame 150 is made to contact by pressing to the left end of the block part 152a of the second supporting frame 152. Accordingly, when assembling or repairing a device, the block part 150a of the first supporting frame 150, the black part 152a of the second supporting frame 152 are abuted on the supporting bracket and thereafter, are moved to the scanning start position. |
