PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration, to increase the lifetime of bearings and to decrease the weight of a rotating device itself by securing a flange made of an aluminum alloy material to both ends of a rotor body made of an aluminum alloy material formed with a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A flange 1 which forms the end of a rotor is formed by casting and enclosing a rotor shaft 2 formed of iron such as SCM415 in a center of an aluminum alloy plate 2 made of an Al-Si alloy having heat resistance and wear resistance such as AC8A or AC9B. A rotor body 5 is formed of an aluminum alloy of an Al-Si alloy which has high thermal resistance and wear resistance such as AC8A or AC9A. The flange 1 and the body 5 are inserted into a die 8 of a forging machine, forged by a press 9, thereby pressing the flange 1 to the rotor body. |
