PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of a slide surface between a stator and a rotor by opposing the end of the rotor to the flat end of a piezoelectric of spiral mode and press-bonding them. CONSTITUTION:An arm is connected to a supporting plate 38, and piezoelectric vibrators 35, 36 of spiral mode are engaged with an articulated portion 39 of the arm connected to the plate. The slide surface 40 of the portion 39 is opposed to the ends of the vibrations 35, 36, a press-bonding screw 41 is turned to press- bond the slide surface through a bearing 42 to the end of the vibrator. When a high frequency current is applied between the arms 38 and 39, the arms turn in the rotating direction. Thus, the load supported to the end of the arm can be raised. |
