PURPOSE:To enable to utilize static torque balanced with the tension of a spring as a torque by regulating the torque by chopping the input AC waveform of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A guide vane 1 is stopped at the position where the tension of a balancing spring 7 is balanced with the output torque of a 3-phase AC motor 6. a microcomputer 11 receives an input from a potentiometer 10 for generating a voltage corresponding accurately to the movement of the vane 1, outputs a command to a semiconductor chopper 12 of a torque controller, and the torque is regulated by chopping by a chopper 12 the input AC waveform of the motor 6 in response to the command of the microcomputer 11. |
