PURPOSE:To obtain easily the titled product free from occurrence of voids and flowout of resin by a method wherein a resin impregnated roving is provided in a main mold, covered with a semi-hardened resin sheet and further pressed by the top force to be hardened in one body. CONSTITUTION:The surface opposite to the top force 5 on the impregnated roving 4 provided in the main mold 1 is covered with a semihardened resin sheet (such as prepreg etc. obtained by reinforcing resin composed of epoxy resin plus acid anhydride hardener by glass fiber, woven cloth, mat, etc.) 7 before the top force 5 is put, then, covered with the top force 5, which is clamped to the main mold 1, fixed and heated under pressure and the resin impregnated roving 4 and the resin sheet 7 are hardened in one body to obtain the desired product. |
