PURPOSE:To enable to use a taping machine by increasing the width between coil sides in slots to the pitch of poles or larger. CONSTITUTION:Former-wound coils 3 of full coils are mounted in slots 2 formed on a core 1. One coil side 3a of the coil 3 is arranged in #0 slot, and the other coil side 3c is arranged in a slot number larger by s than the pitch (n) of the poles, i.e., #11 slot. Thus, the width of the coil increases, a taping machine for coating an insulating tape can be used to shorten the number of taping steps and to obtain uniform coil insulator. |
