PURPOSE:To realize right-angled shoulder cutting and finish cutting by combining an ordinary edge with a finishing edge and rationally assembling them together. CONSTITUTION:A large number of ordinary edges 9 and at least one about square plate-shaped finishing edge 10 are incorporated in the outer peripheral part of a tool main body 1. On this rotational cutting locus, there are steps A, B respectively between outer peripheral cutter edges 13 and 16 of the ordinary edge 9 and between face cutter edges 17 and 18 of the finishing edge 10. These steps A, B are provided generally at about 0.6mm. for A, while at about 0.03mm. for B. Since structure of the tip of the finishing edge and arrangement of the ordinary edge are improved as abovementioned, right-angled shoulder cutting and finish cutting are performed excellently. |
