PURPOSE:To attain the connection with priority to an incoming call from a general subscriber even during various services by providing a storage means storing that various services are connected, an identification means and a means restoring service control. CONSTITUTION:A connection marker 5 is provided with the identification means identifying an incoming call from the service control trunk 8 controlling various services such as automatic metering and a restoring means restoring the service control trunk 8. A storage means 4 is provided corresponding to a subscriber 1. When an incoming call exists in the various service control trunk 8, the information during connection to the service control trunk 8 is stored to the storage means corresponding to a called subscriber, and at the incoming from the general subscriber 1, when the called subscriber reads that the service control trunk 8 is under connection, the service control trunk 8 is restored and also the content of the storage means corresponding to the called subscirber is erased so as to connect the general subscriber 1 to the called subscriber. |
