RECEPTION SYSTEM FOR CIRCUIT MONITOR SIGNAL

PURPOSE:To lighten the processing load on a central processing unit by placing the circuit monitor signal for an optional circuit in a calling state during the dial pulse is receiving and monitoring the signal. CONSTITUTION:The states of plural circuits between exchanges are sampled periodically at the same timing, and the results are processed by the central processing unit 3 as circuit monitor signals which are a time-division multiplex digital signal; and a dial pulse receiver 2 which monitors the change of signal state of a circuit monitor signal counts dial pulses of a circuit whose calling is to be detected according to the indication of the unit 3, then inputs the counted value to the central processing unit 3. The central processing unit 3 when detecting a calling state receives and processes the circuit monitor signal regarding said circuit so that the signal is placed in a calling state forcibly until the reception of dial pulses is completed.
