PURPOSE:To make long-distance annular circulation machining attainable as well as to aim at the improvement in machining efficiency, by setting up an annular barrel, connecting opposed semicircular barrels with each other through a rectilinear barrel, at plural stages vertically, while attaching one vibration generator to the central part. CONSTITUTION:Abrasives in the specified quantity are charged inside annular barrels 9 and 10 at each stage, and a vibro-motor is started, while if each work is fed via a chute one after another, these annular barrels 9 and 10 are excited whereby masses advance forward and are pushed upward as being polished. And, when these masses reach to the highest stage, they are transferred onto a selection device one after another and screened, therefore each work is taken out as in an arrow 20, while abrasives are put back inside the annular barrel at the lowest stage again by way of the chute so that if the work is fed to the barrel in a proper quantity, polishing continues to be done in succession. Hereat, when these abrasives are discharged, the motor is rotated in the reverse direction so that they are discharged out of a discharge port 21 installed in the annular barrel at the lowest stage. Thus, since long-distance annular barrels are piled up in a multistage manner, long-hour machining can be done with one cycle. |
