PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of a concaved defect onto a discharge pipe by the top edge part of a vibrationproof coil by positioning the top edge part of the vibrationproof coil at the rectilinear part of the discharge pipe when bending work is carried-out by a machine in the state where the vibrationproof coil is inserted into the discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION:The discharge pipe 3 of a sealed type compressor is inserted into the outer periphery of a vibrationproof coil 6, meandered to provide elasticity. When mechanical bending work is carried-out automatically in the state where the vibrationproof coil 6 is inserted into the discharge pipe 3, it is feared that a concaved defect is formed by pressing by a jig 9 when the top edge part 6a of the vibrationproof coil 6 is positioned at the bent part. In order to prevent the formation of defects, bending work is carried-out by positioning the top edge part 6a of the vibrationproof coil 6 previously at the rectilinear part of the discharge pipe 3. Therefore, the application of a force in the longitudinal direction onto the discharge pipe 3 is prevented, and the formation of the concaved defect is prevented. |
